Anti-Aging Skincare for Men: The Ingredient Cheat Sheet Nobody Sells You

  Walk into any store and you'll find forty products aimed at men, priced from ten dollars to two hundred, and almost none of them will tell you which ingredient is doing the work. Here's the shortcut: about four ingredients have serious human evidence behind them. Most are inexpensive. The rest of the shelf is packaging, fragrance and hope. Let's sort it out.   Section 1: How to Tell Science From Sales Copy Real evidence = split-face randomized trials. Active on one side, vehicle on the other, same man, same sun exposure. He's his own control group. That's as clean as dermatology gets. Real evidence = instruments. Cutometer for elasticity. Corneometer for hydration. Profilometry for wrinkle depth. Biopsy for collagen. If a study measured how people felt , it measured nothing.
